East Caribbean Central Bank has issued a New $100 ECCB notes P40a/h REISSUED in 2000 with enhanced security features. Most notable changes and additions are the redesigned right and left frames on the front and back; more prominent facial features of Queen Elizabeth; ECCB watermark is to the left of the vertical serial number; enlarged "flower" gold leaf; gold imprinted group of fish in center of back; enhanced color shades on ECCB headquarters on back in olive-green; olive-green crinkles in back of small bird on the back.
